Counseling Services Offered

Email alexiscabreralpcc@gmail.com to schedule Tele-behavioral health service, video and audio available. Individual therapy is generally 45 minutes in length. Sessions range from $111-188 sliding scale per session. Clients and I meet on a regular basis in a confidential setting with private video sessions where we discuss issues unique to your treatment plan. I see clients anywhere from twice per week to once a month, with starting recommendation of weekly services. Phone sessions and treatment collaboration with other medical professionals (i.e. psychiatrist) are available. Individual therapy specializes on your particular issues and will consist of an intake and treatment plan oriented towards our working relationship. You are welcome to a free, 20 minute video consultation before the start of therapy. This is meant to serve you. It is of utmost important that you find the right clinician for your process.

Couples counseling sessions can range between 45-60 minutes in length, depending on the needs of the couple. Sessions are sliding scale $155-233. In Couples Treatment, the "client" is the couple, and both of you attend sessions and work towards agreed upon treatment goals. Intake sessions are conducted for both individuals as well as the history of the relationship, and treatment may evolve over time. Sessions are virtual and if both parties cannot attend from one location, session can still happen in one virtual meeting. I work from an inclusive and queer friendly modality and my practice as a clinician is to support the health of individuals in a romantic dynamic, whatever shape that form takes.

Sometimes, it can be difficult to share information with specific people in our lives. I have often had clients request to bring family members, friends or loved ones (perhaps even your enemies) into session to disclose/process serious information. In the event that you would like mediation in your conversation with an outside party, I offer collateral sessions that can be scheduled at 45 or 60 minutes in length, with a cost of $30 above your sliding scale rate.
